Quick FAQs
How do I join a batch?
Your coach/admin will add you to the correct batch; you’ll receive login details via email/SMS.
Where can I see attendance & progress?
Sign in to the app → Dashboard → Attendance/Progress.
Payment receipts?
Go to Payments to view due/paid status and download receipts.
Can staff mark attendance?
Yes. Staff with permissions can mark attendance for assigned batches.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access is role-based and logged.

Troubleshooting
- Can’t sign in? Use “Forgot Password” on the login screen, or contact your coach/admin.
- Attendance not updating? Pull to refresh on the dashboard. If it persists, email support with your batch name and date.
- Payment mismatch? Send your receipt ID and the payment date to support; we’ll reconcile within one business day.
- App crashes? Share steps to reproduce and your device model/iOS version.
